  • With the Master Baker, Andrew Whitley, developing and facilitating ‘Together We Rise’ – a team development and bread making programme for businesses – used by JP Morgan Fleming, Bradford and Bingley and Mowlem Construction, amongst others.
  • Tutoring on a ‘Business and Executive Coaching’ programme and a ‘Manager as Coach’ programme (both accredited by the University of Central Lancashire).
  • The application of psychometric tools – we are qualified users of a variety of psychometric tools and have extensive experience in using these where appropriate.
  • Leading and training the team that delivered the award winning Woolwich Openplan banking service.
  • Preferred supplier of coaching for Scottish Widows Bank.
