Organisational development is one of the main strands of our work and FRA Associates have very wide experience of training, coaching and other interventions in the business world spanning many industries in many countries over the course of several decades.
Our work includes:
- Work for industries including the oil industry, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, construction, and the whisky industry, the banking, financial, retail and insurance sectors and in marketing, research and the media. It includes work with many FTSE 100 companies as well as the Royal Air Force and the Australian Military.
- Conducting management training, coaching, team building and management development workshops for senior managers in many parts of Britain but also in Hungary, Greece, Sweden, Serbia, Slovakia, France, India, Australia and the Middle East.
- The identification and development of potential in senior managers through the design and delivery of Development and Assessment Centres. Our Associates have significant and extensive expertise in this field with a national reputation for innovative work.
- Organisational reviews and training needs analyses.
- Specialist support of work/management teams in multinationals to improve their practice through developing their own ‘action research’ – finding more effective ways of driving projects and services through a process of continual feedback and evaluation.
- Working with leaders to make their work more fulfilling and generate exceptional results from their teams through coaching, Action Learning Sets and other forms of training and intervention.
- With the Master Baker, Andrew Whitley, developing and facilitating ‘Together We Rise’ – a team development and bread making programme for businesses – used by JP Morgan Fleming, Bradford and Bingley and Mowlem Construction, amongst others.
- Tutoring on a ‘Business and Executive Coaching’ programme and a ‘Manager as Coach’ programme (both accredited by the University of Central Lancashire).
- The application of psychometric tools – we are qualified users of a variety of psychometric tools and have extensive experience in using these where appropriate.
- Leading and training the team that delivered the award winning Woolwich Openplan banking service.
- Preferred supplier of coaching for Scottish Widows Bank.
