Fiona Reed and Tim Sims have teamed up with the organic Master Baker Andrew Whitley, founder of the Village Bakery, to run team development programmes making bread. This is team development with a difference.
Together We Rise is a tailored process for strengthening a team’s effectiveness. All teams deal with three issues:• Getting things done at the right time and in a planned way
• Making and dealing with changes
• Ensuring that people are provided with what they need to give of their best
Timeliness, transformation and nourishment are central to breadmaking, as under the watchful eye of the baker inert ingredients come to life, changed by the interaction of yeast and time into vital food.
