We have done such studies for government departments, the European Union, businesses and the voluntary sector.

It is all too easy to pay lip-service to evaluation, but the truth is such studies are often poorly designed, administered as an afterthought, or overlooked altogether. Traditional evaluation studies take a remote stance and frequently consist of a lengthy report, often produced long after an input has been made. Often such reports gather dust and key insights are lost. Our preference is for a different sort of evaluation, one which gives quick, relevant feedback from participants and stakeholders in a way which can feed directly into the ongoing delivery of the work. We like to work closely with organisations in a way that allows interventions to evolve as work progresses and that focuses energy exactly where it is needed as people begin to confront change.

We are always keen to improve the inputs we make and to learn from them. We therefore place a high value on the evaluation of our own work.
